1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer a 7‑day no‑reason return & refund policy for all orders. Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied with the item quality, appearance, or performance.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is caused by customer’s personal reason (change of mind, wrong order, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item sent, missing parts), we will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.

The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
